Those stats show that the poor in America fare better than countries like Switzerland, Britain, Germany, France, etc. where there is supposed to be democratic socialism. There are places where the bottom 10% fare better than in Amercia, like Sweden, but the possibility for economic mobility there is nothing compared to in the US. In point of fact, the stats show that only 3 countries in the world provide better for their poor than America and none of those provide better for their middle class and upper class, which many of our poor eventually become and few of their poor ever do.
