I’m not quite convinced. I think it’s more the preference and need to have an
almost entirely LDS team. I bet you could find Christians willing to live the honor code, but other faiths will just never have the encouragement or support that LDS students do at BYU.
Yes I know that is obvious, and there are reasons for it, and I’m not being critical. I just think it’s a marked difference in one way that BYU is just different with that issue vs any other school. You basically have to put a staff and team together of LDS people. If doing it to that extent were a winning recipe, it would be repeated elsewhere.
