We don't have a home phone, and it's nice for them to be able to reach us if we run somewhere. Are kids also play a lot
of sports and sometimes we have to just drop them off it's nice for them to be able to get ahold of us if practice ends early or we are running late. We have them for our 9 and 10 year old.
