I guess it depends how you are comparing them

Is Utah not on par with Oregon and Washington in terms of total wins, weeks spent ranked, conference championships, etc since Utah joined the PAC12 12 years ago? It took Utah a couple of years to add depth and win consistently, but the numbers are even better the last decade.

I don’t think Utah has the brand/media market, but if you are just talking football success since the PAC12 was formed or you are talking odds of Utah making the CFP in the next couple years, I would absolutely lump Utah with those two.
