Utah, Oregon and UW have been involved in exponentially more than any other P10 school.

It's critical to add Utah there because UW has been inconsistent and we can't watch Oregon every single week.

Adding realignment or long-term enterprise value isn't part of that discussion.

I don't think any Utah fan puts themselves in the same boat as UW and Oregon in terms of brand, value, prestige.

Yes, Utah's high viewership draws are directly tied to their rankings, current perception and CFP implications. To BYU fans, that means they don't exist or aren't real because BYU guys always assume Utah will fall off a cliff any given year.

It's been like that since 2004.

We're now looking at Utah as the top performing program in the CFP era in terms of rankings and W/L for both the Pac-12 and the new Big 12. At some point, the level of consistency and constant improvement in recruiting coinciding with USC and UCLA leaving, it's hard to foresee Utah falling off a cliff.

To mock any suggestion that Utah would be a top performer in the Pac-12 is delusional.

Utah also has knocked off a few top 5 teams on the national stage. Most CFB fans still remember Alabama. So there is the perception that anyone can lose to Utah on a bad day.

I don't know that anyone else has that perception in the west. Maybe TCU and Oregon.
