Eh, from a viewership perspective I don't think Utah is in that range
Which isn't anything to be ashamed of. BYU isn't either. In the PAC, there's kind of viewership tiers
Tier 1: Oregon and USC
Tier 2: Washington and UCLA (though UCLA is the toughest to assess since it varies wildly)
Tier 3: Utah, Stanford, Wazzu
Tier 4: Arizona St, Colorado
Tier 5: Arizona, Cal
Tier 6: Oregon St
Utah is on an upward trend and with continued success has the possibility to move into those higher tiers...but they aren't there yet.
It's true that "you're not seeing those numbers consistently from CU, ASU, Cal, AZ, WSU, Oregon State or even BYU."...but that means Utah draws more than those schools, not that Utah draws the same as Oregon
