That's fine. An honorary degree may have been a good

compromise.

As it turns out, he now gets his real degree. I thank BYU fans who greeted him warmly when he returned with the other QBs a few years ago to be honored. Jim was surprised and touched by that. I then I credit Tom Holmoe for putting a plan in place for Jim to finish his degree. Win-win.
