One question:

I thought money was not an issue, but you mentioned that if BYU went B12 for football only, it would be for less money than Indy? THat just seems off to me. Did B12 lowball BYU with football only? I'd think could get $10-12M per, at least, in B12. Not like the other sports are pulling in the huge TV dollars either.
