Sunday play made the B12 only willing to admit BYU for football. That means a lot less cash presumably. That might have turned BYU off because they like the ESPN deal. So Sunday play was a part of the decision, but by itself did not close the door to football in the B12. I am just guessing here, but that might be how one could square Bronco's comments with the OP.
