I was shocked when I was trying to talk to my dad one day about the NFL and he had no idea who was in the playoffs and then admitted he did not care anymore.

I rarely watch sports outside of BYU basketball anymore and don't freak out if I miss a game. My kids are very concerned, which I find hilarious. No need to be alarmed. It is not uncommon for fans approaching 50 to invest their time in other pursuits.
