I feel sadness in all of this too. Bronco has many wonderful qualities but I continue to struggle with a seeming lack of basic football knowledge he displays.

Ice the kicker on an extra point? Really? When we desperately need the timeouts for our one-minute offense.

Go for two vs. Boise when THERE WAS NO NEED? Our defense had basically won that game then he took our D right out of the equation by rolling the dice on one do or die offensive play. I bet the defensive players were quietly fuming after that game. BSU could not kick. They could not move the ball at all. What a perfect scenario to take the game into OT..........keep the momentum........and let our D win the game. I was so stunned 1) that he did it and 2) that he said afterwards he would do it again. Wow. Really? How about saying, "Sorry team. I got caught up in the emotions of the game. I made a bad mistake." How about that? No wonder fans get fed up.

Still, I like that he is outspoken about joining a P5 Conference. We need more of that. At least press coverage comes out of it. But Bronco, please, watch some college football. Learn from others. It cannot hurt.
