He really got into the games when he watched them on tv. He would get really upset when BYU made mistakes and would complain vocally about it. He was the kind of fan that if BYU lost, then it would ruin his weekend and he'd be in a bad mood. He wasn't the most positive fan, but he did care about BYU football.

I think he would have taken me to more games if he could have afforded the tickets. Money was an issue.
