It seems rare to see statistics that reflect favorably on Mendenhall's record as a head coach when you peel back the layers and really look at them closely. I cited some stats I had recently looked up simply commenting (as I have before) to those that seem to defend his winning percentage. I didn't call for his head and suggest an imaginary replacement, but perhaps I will if a sufficiently large mob assembles.
