As for your comment "meanwhile the posters that try and temper the ridiculous nature of the Bronco Haters fantastical lies get ridiculed till they leave CB" it's sounds like something someone with a persecution complex would say. The reality is the Bronco Defense League groupthinkers rule CB and try to drive out anyone with a dissenting opinion. They often resort to insults, name calling, distorting view points, going to extremes, tantrums, diatribes, wild accusations, gross exaggerations etc to accomplish their goals.
CB is a big place. There's room for disagreement.
As for the definition of straw man, here's a copy and paste from the Urban Dictionary:
Strawmanning
A type of trolling where the Troller attempts to pwn someone by claiming something they said means something totally different to what that actually meant.
