to be clear i never had any run ins with the HCO, but i don't feel that means i can't examine how i think it should be improved or changed. I can agree philosophically that if you agree to live by it and sign that is your word and you should follow it, but that doesn't make it he HCO exempt to criticism or improvement possiblities.
