I'm not seeing it...and maybe I've just been lucky but I don't think so. There is a lot more of an attitude that if someone is doing something you don't like, go to someone in authority instead of learning how to deal with it. But this is from the zero tolerance and anti-bullying policies in the pre-college schools. If you are saying that continues on at BYU and beyond as a result of how kids are growing up at school...okay I buy that. But if you are saying this is a result of the honor code enforcement and is church related I'm not buying it at all.
