Our stake president got up last Sunday (singles ward) at the end of our 2 hour combined meeting and tried to drive home some points, among which was sexual chastity. He started a list of what is wrong and bad, including sex, simulating sex with grinding etc, but then proceeded to say, being alone in a room with a girl is wrong! Along with the other things he listed as sin. To lump those together was misinformed IMO and truly BYU HCO style. I agree that it is not a good idea to be alone in your room with a girl and it can lead to things. smart advice. But to say it is a sin and wrong was way off the mark.
