Spitting in someone's food is a crime and something a disgusting human being
would do.
Inexcusable.
I think it's wrong to not tip (unless the service was especially bad), but spitting in food is on another level and I'd hope that person would be caught and prosecuted.

I hope the waiter/waitress spits in your food when you go out to eat. You can go ahead and try and argue why it's ok..

I think that if people want to not tip in a sit down restaurant they should tell the waiter beforehand
