I worked in the food industry for a little bit when I was younger and never
saw anything like that although I don't doubt it does happen in some cases, it is never appropriate. Only the lowest type of human life form would be ok with or participate in such a thing.
I wouldn't say it was likely, but I would say it is a possibility.
I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
I have worked in the tipping industry. I worked as a Valet for several years at a Vegas hotel. I know what it is like to be stiffed for my hard work or hear someone's lame excuse about why they don't have any money (why did you valet?) or how they will get you next time (maybe 1 in 10 actually do).
I'm just saying that spitting in someone's food is a criminal act and much worse than stiffing someone.

I hope the waiter/waitress spits in your food when you go out to eat. You can go ahead and try and argue why it's ok..

I think that if people want to not tip in a sit down restaurant they should tell the waiter beforehand
