It happens every single day in every single city.
If you're a jerk or a consistently bad tipper, you're going to get spit in your food. You'll be lucky if it's not worse. Not every place, not every server, but often enough. So if you understand that's likely and still choose not to tip, I have no sympathy for you. You bring it on yourself.

I hope the waiter/waitress spits in your food when you go out to eat. You can go ahead and try and argue why it's ok..

I think that if people want to not tip in a sit down restaurant they should tell the waiter beforehand
