Yewt fans are yewts. That's the reason they act the way they do. BYU has been on top for so long and the yewts spent so many years as the doormat, it gave them a complex. They just can't get over it. So they take it out on their nemesis, BYU.

What yewt fans don't get is that they are completely irrelevant to BYU fans. Yewt fans are such low-life idiots. And I'm only talking about the ones who act like idiots so don't jump up and tell me that not all yewt fans are idiots, that could be true although I've never seen one. Believe me, I know yewt fans. I went to the U and I went to football and basketball games. I just never could lower myself to become a yewt fan. To me they were always irrelevant jerks and they still are. So long as they act like fools, they're just stupid yewts.

I'm not saying they aren't great fans. There are some great yewt fans but they are still yewts. Sure, some dumb drunken fools partying on a pirate ship and showing up for all the home games could be considered great fans. But more accurately they are just dumb and drunk which makes them yewts. Classic yewts in fact. And what really makes them yewts is that they are proud of it. These are the yewt fans who trash BYU day in and day out. The originators and propagators of the "FU BYU" chants, among other various obscenities. The very ones who swear at BYU fans and throw various articles and substances at visiting fans. The jerks who got after Max Hall's relatives at a game.

But don't anyone dare call them out. How dare Max Hall tell them off? BYU guys are supposed to just take the abuse and should not ever fight back. That's the way yewt fans think. They are the only ones entitled to abuse the other school, the "TDS."

I really don't care that Max hurt their little feelings when he told them he hates them. I hate them too. All BYU fans hate them even if they don't tell them so. Mostly we just ignore them. Because they are irrelevant. I was hoping we would never play them again or at least not for a couple of years. Maybe they can transfer their hate to another school now that they are off to another conference. But who really cares what they do?
