Dude, I'm sure you mean well, however, there are far too many Ute fans in the world who have NEVER made "degrading, insulting, and hateful comments toward BYU." They go about with dignity and class and find both institutions admirable and good.
Let me cite you a representative example: Cecil Samuelson. Drawing sweeping conclusions about a fan base, based upon blurbs and posts, or even an outspoken minority with whom you are aquainted, does not past the logic test. Sorry.
