Our fear is that there was at best a lackadaisical approach to the recommendation by the seminary teacher; a failure to recognize the impact his input could have on the application. At worst, and sadly this is not out of the realm of possibility, it could have been something more intentional.
If I could have picked 100 people out of the school or our ward to write a him a letter of recommendation I would have picked 99 of them before the seminary teacher. I'll stop there.
