Opinions do change with first hand experiences with teacher spouses

My wife taught for four years and I count my blessings that I switched out of teaching after my student teaching experience.

I make many times what I would have and have much less stress even with demanding clients.

There are a lot of factors, but too many people judge the value or responsibilities of teachers through their experience as a student. Once you see behind the scenes, it’s not as pleasant as originally thought.
