Fair post. Many teachers absolutely deserve better. However

some of the teachers/administrators we’ve dealt with in raising a special needs child would be grossly overpaid if they were making minimum wage. Truly awful and perhaps corrupt. Until there is a way to differentiate pay for good and bad teachers, I would struggle getting behind a plan to raise pay across he board.
