Here in Colorado they've been trying to balance out performance pay. 25% of
our evaluation comes from our school performance on standardized tests, 25% on our student performance on School Goals and 50% on administration evaluations.

Right now our pay isn't tied directly to those numbers, but our standing in the district does (meaning if you score low enough, you'll be on probation then let go if no improvements happen)
