Yes, but as with those industries, the more data the better. One year can be

an anomaly. Right now we don't know which season is more indicative of how he'll be as head coach. Were the injuries last year and off the field issues with guys like Bernard a huge hamstring on the team's success? How much of the failure can be pinned on the old offensive staff? People that are calling for his head after one bad season are being rash.
