There is a difference between seeming like you are working hard and actually
doing it. I know people who I've worked with in the past, they are excited, they talk a great deal, they are the first ones there and the last ones to go home. But what do they actually accomplish? I remember so many on CB whined about how Bronco wasn't burning the midnight oil like other coaches, but are other coaches actually productive when they are working late? Or are they shooting the yewt with the assistants or players (networking). I don't know anything about KS except for the results I'm watching on the field and so far it's not been impressive. The reason he reminds me of the first there last out the door guy who has a lot to say is what he said when things were going badly in regards to Detmer. He took responsibility for the teams poor play but not really, he was quick to blame.

I'm not suggesting Kalani can't turn it around and become a great coach, but right now he has a great deal to learn and I wonder
if having Grimes there is going to exacerbate his defensiveness after losses. Grimes is more like Bronco then Kalani.
