If Kalani can't surround himself with staff/coaches who can organize recruiting/7-7 tournaments effectively then what business do they have trying to run something as complex as a D1 football team?? We have all been kinda stunned by some of the inexpensive staff hires over the last few months and at this point I think our concerns are bearing themselves out.
Tasha Bell.....degree in Family Science and she's running official and unofficial recruiting visits for BYU?
Jon Swift....very little actual football program experience and he's the director of football operations?
The BIOs are straight of the BYU Football staff website. What kind of people is Kalani staffing the program with? Can we really not get anyone better who has played the game, worked in a major football program and understands what right looks like??
