Excuses.
We are not Bama but we did not have Bama’s schedule. You are right, Bama does not lose to U Mass, as well East Carolina and USU by double digits.....PATHETIC.
Look at ND in 2015 (yes, 2015 not 2016). They had massive injuries and academic suspensions.
Good programs find ways to make it through hard times. It is not crazy to think BYU should have beat UMass, E Carolina, USU, crossed the 50 yard line vs LSU in the 1st half, not look disorganized, uninterested and completely in disarray. Zero excuses for all those, not crazy expectations.
Lastly, teams do have massive injuries. Not all 22 we’re gone for the year. Keep in mind we had zero super stars. It is not as if we lost Hill, even when we did the coaches made it work.
