What if kid can win games and play in a better conference?
or
What if kid prefers a conference, any conference, to independence?
or
What if the kid doesn't want to risk being caught up in honor code issues for minor mistakes or even a uncharacteristic one-time only lapse in judgement?
There are a lot of factors besides beating Utah that would send a kid like this to another school.
