He was a non-qualifier, so no, he wasn’t going to Utah. And he decommited from
BYU, reached out to Utah, couldn’t get an offer because he couldn’t qualify, and then went to BYU as a non-qualifier.
And Gabe Long May have been a non-qualifier (I’m not sure), but I believe the U had different rules when it was in the MWC.
