We did too much listing of accomplishments. It has to be about experiences, what it meant, how he felt about it, what he learned from it, and what he might do differently and how he applied what he learned. Also they are not looking for perfect people. Don’t be afraid to show a little bit of weakness and learning and how you are looking to improve....be humble.
