Ok, CB. I'm getting a gut, out of shape, but super busy at work. HCBW not happy
7 months from turning 40 and not looking great. Suggestions for easier to follow exercise and food regimens that work? I need to make it more of a lifestyle change. Tried keto, but didn't have time for meal prep. Does intermittent fasting actually help? I think I could make it work.
Re: exercise regimen, I likely need something I can do with free weights at home as I'm working a ton of hours a week and honestly don't enjoy going to a gym (tried for 2 years). Also likely needs to be under 45 minutes a workout. Anyway, any real input appreciated. Just looking for help.
