I lost weight pretty quickly when I fasted the full 16 hours a day and tracked my calories when I did eat. You drop body fat pretty quickly, in my experience, and then can actually eat more of what you want when you do eat... in moderation, of course. I’d recommend it if you’re short on time. Just make sure to be diligent and careful not to binge after ending your fast. It gets very tempting to eat everything in sight when you’re hungry, so find an app like MyFitnessPal to track what you eat. Good luck!
