For me, the exercise is easier. I rarely eat fast food and I eat salads all the
time anyway. I hate being hungry, but I love to eat and to be outdoors exercising. And BTW, I’m not talking about anything close to burning 3,000 calories a day. More like 5,000-6,000 a week.
