What's your current height and weight? How much time can you spare for exercise?
Intermittent fasting is a great way to control how many calories you consume without actually counting them. If you don't have the time or willpower yet to count calories, I would encourage you to start with intermittent fasting (16 hour food fast, water or other zero calorie drinks are fine during the 16 hours).

Can you exercise 3-5x a week for a half hour? Or even 10 minutes?
