I think everybody knew when he was hired that he was a young, first-time HC, and that there would inevitably be some on-the-job training required, but it just seems like there is a steady stream of "Well, the such-and-such component of the program is in the toilet, looks like we need to fire those guys and hire somebody else to help us get our act together."
At some point, you just have to wonder about the guy at the top.
