Crunch has zero to do with those guys. This mess started 4 years ago. It's getting cleaned up now.
Sitake's first hire as recruiting guy was just not good at management and organization, and it started there, then continued for 3 seasons after.
They have given schollies to borderline guys too often lately, but also not managed missions very well either. Then, complicated by the 5th years for Zayne Andersen, Hoge, Warner and Wilcox None of which were expected.
So many factors, but poor management on numbers is the main issue. This is the main year to sort it out.
