See my post above. Good reputation for students but I've seen frustration.

Too many quit and move back to Utah or move back out West somewhere. It happens at a very high rate from what I saw. Also had a BYU grad who left my company after having issues with a female boss and was then let go by two other companies over issues with his female boss. This person kind of joked about to me that he seems to have issues with female bosses.
