TH is on a tightrope. He wants wins, wants to fill the stadium, keep ESPN happy and somehow do that while recruiting in the 80s combined the difficulties on indy scheduling.

2020 was an outlier, and BYU only got that credit because P5s wouldn't play them. In other years, that isn't the case.
