It’s a legitimate issue. The average age is high 50’s.
The big issue with appraisers is two-fold:

- Juniors don’t want to, or can’t afford to, work on a 40/60 split for every order they complete.

- Experienced appraisers don’t want to train juniors for a year because after they complete their understudies they can go off on their own and become competition.
