Eddie Intervention Needed
Which is why the cop keeps saying "we're just talking".
The cop wants everyone to believe that this is just a conversation. You know - a couple of guys on the street chit chatting about one of them doing sobriety tests on the other for fun.

I honestly have no sympathy for drunk drivers and have no problem with them being arrested and suffering the consequences of their choices. That's all good for me - don't take my curiosity about rights and attorneys as any kind of sympathy or belief the guy should get off. He shouldn't.

I just found it interesting. I didn't watch the entire thing, but it sure looked like Few wasn't interested in doing the field sobriety tests (past sprained ankles notwithstanding). And more than once he said he was going to call his attorney, but was then stopped. Obviously the cop never really stopped him or said he couldn't make the call - he just told him they were just talking and he didn't need to or something similar.

Few was clearly going to be arrested. Mostly I was curious when it moves from the cop telling him not to, to suddenly informing him of the right.
