Yewt desperation starting to peak.
Ugh. More caps. We get it you think your opinion is more important than others, and that you'll "do what you want." But seriously, all caps, all the time for every opinion?

Now for those bad points you tried to make:

1. TV ratings are overinflated for the red team because their opponents draw more fans. A better metric of fan engagement and spending is social media numbers, where BYU and the Big12 dominates. Expect BYU's numbers to jump considerably in the Big12, while the red team will drag on the rest of the big 12.

2. Yewts got lucky a couple of times in 2000-2009 when they had a couple of flash-in-the-pan seasons. Then they enjoyed a distinct recruiting advantage over Big Brother in the other decade. But in the Big12, Big Brother is back and ready to take yewts behind the woodshed in recruiting and performance. It's unlikely this past luck will translate into future luck. They have small resources and a small following and a distinct Little Fan Disease that others can smell. Yewt recruiting and thus performance will sink considerably when competing head to head, apples-to-apples with Big Brother in the Big 12.

3. Yep, AAU is a fact for the red university. That seems to matter only to yewts and the PAC when they were looking for the best reason they could to include the red team over the blue team. This should be a point of shame for yewt fans - all the PAC could come up with is a "fact" totally unrelated to the issue. AAU isn't even really saying they're highly academically regarded - just that they have research.
Saying the Big12 gives a rip about AAU status is like saying you think a modelling agency will put Miriam Bailik on the runway because she has a PhD. And believe me, yewts are no Miriam Bailik.

And then the inconvenient fact that the red team would actually be lower than average in ranking for the Big12 AND is behind Colorado. Bad point on your part.

4. Football attendance is only one small and relatively irrelevant factor, especially considering the red team's very public history of overestimating it. What about basketball attendance? Didn't Yormark just mention that? What about overall attendance? And what about when you strip out visiting fans? Why did you not mention social media numbers when guaging "fan engagement" - that's by far a better number. How does Utah do? Yeah, not good.

5. It's state is literally touching the other schools being considered. Uh. What. Seriously? Also you do realize the only remark Yormark has made on geography has been about being in a 4th time zone, right? Red team doesn't offer that. Touching other states seems like a criminal charge, not a reason to add them.

Let's recap:
Yewts add no additional recruiting market
Yewts add no additional time zone
Yewts add no additional viewership market (and definitely not enough to justify $31.7M in payments)
There are no true yewt fans, only BYU haters. That's not the definition of additive.
