All true. Counterpoints:
1. TV ratings.
Utah is riding its best stretch of football performance. Ever. Utah's 1.16M TV ratings average is still well below TCU (2.2M), Oklahoma State (1.68M), Baylor (1.32), Kansas State (1.23)...similar to Illinois, Indiana, Northwestern, Mississippi State.
Also, Utah's TV ratings averages are directly dependent on performance and playing key opponents such as USC, Oregon, and Florida.

Boise State. Memphis. Rutgers. Maryland.
3. Utah is AAU school.
Rice. Buffalo. Tulane. South Florida.
4. Utah has better attendance, fan engagement, than any of the 4-corner teams.
Utah has *may be* averaged 50K attendance for the last 2 years.
Arizona State and Colorado dozens of years and a *much longer* history of 50K+ attendance. Colorado had just over 47K at its recent Spring game.
5. Utah is an excellent geographic fit for the Big12.
Utah overlaps with BYU's market. Big 12 teams will already travel to Utah.
