That's not true at all. If they artificially put a 1-11 CU team or even a 7-4 BYU — both would've been
2 TD+ underdogs...it would've stayed under 2-3 million. Washington or Oregon would've had a similar or even a better draw but no one else would come near #11 Utah who had already beaten USC.
What BYU fans want to say, is if BYU/CU/ASU, etc was #11 — they would have a similar draw. You're right. But they're not ranked that high. If they have it's one big year in a decade. It's not seemingly every year like utah.
