Agreed. So much depends on the person.

Key component that makes each case different:

- Where did they serve (San Diego/TX is different than Guatemala/El Salvador)
- Did they play college ball prior to mission
- Growth and physical traits can change things
- Tenacity and focus on the sport may change

I worked out on my mission but still came home about 20 lbs lighter. It took a good year to get back to where I was.
