certain areas of a person's life as an institution of learning.
To make people sign that paper in order to attend a university that truly is unlike any other and offers things no other school can OTHER than the HC is bad form.
They know people will sign it. The cookies they are dangling are too tantalizing for them not to (cheap, but highly rated education, dense population of well educated members of the opposite sex from the same religion, classroom setting where their religious beliefs are openly discussed as it pertains to the topics they are studying, etc), and they take advantage of that.
It's well within their rights to do so, surely, but it's too bad that they choose to.
