Bronco does deserve credit for recognizing what he was doing with recruiting
wasn't working. He also deserves a lot of credit for bringing in hungry coaches who like and want to recruit. He also deserves credit for stepping up his own recruiting practices.
I think we seriously need to give Bronco props that he didn't fight or resist the necessary changes. Bronco stepped out of his comfort zone and it is paying off.
