Bronco's poor staffing decisions would have got most coaches fired.....
Can anyone provide one example where a HC hires an offensive staff, fires them, and then brings back the same offensive coordinator? Admittedly, I think Bronco has assembled his best staff to date, but he has failed to groom coaches on the offensive side of the ball and there is little or no interest from other coaches to hire one of Bronco's assistants.
Bronco does so many things well, but choosing assistant coaches especially on the offensive side of the ball has not been one on them.
